Seems like i'm the first one here. I'm not sure if i can post my requirement here...

I represent a small business United Kingom. We have FMCG products and we are looking to provide call centre support to our customers.

I am looking to set-up a small call centre support in India or Phillipines and would like to hear from companies who have long standing track record in customer service.

I have heard there are accent problems with indian call centres, so that is one area that concerns me most.
